Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns are not accepted as required assistance is provided prior the purchase is made. It will only be accepted in case of dispatch of incorrect item or damaged product. Every product that is dispatched is quality checked and then approved for shipping. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is incorrect item or damaged kindly email us at within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after the 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
  • Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above-mentioned details stand true.
  • Our delivery partner will collect the product after you receive confirmation from our end on acceptance of return request.
  • Exchanges are not encouraged including color deviations. The product photographs may look different at times due to temperature of your monitor and/or device settings. We aim to produce the exact same color and also assist in providing daylight pictures when requested.
  • The product must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill.
  • If the product is disliked by the customer, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase which may be caused due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
